In the Current Issue:

Building Our Collective Voice
The logos on the cover are just a handful of the Local unions that form IFPTE’s collective voice. We continue to build upon this strong foundation by organizing professional workers. Though all have their reasons for joining, each sought to be represented by a progressive, member-driven, results-oriented Union. To all – Welcome!

No Holds Barred
Dr. Kate Bronfenbrenner provides a comprehensive, independent analysis of employer behavior in union representation elections supervised by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

1919 Winnipeg General Strike
A pivotal point in the rich labour history of Winnipeg, the 1919 Winnipeg General Strike advanced several key goals for the Canadian labour movement: the right to collectively bargaining fair wages and work conditions, the right to strike, and labour's right to organize politically. The 1919 Winnipeg General Strike mural by artist Tom Andrich is on display in downtown Winnipeg and can be viewed on The Murals of Winnipeg website.
